Return Policy
At huanbuy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility:
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• Processing refunds may take up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
• If the exchanged item is less expensive, you will receive a refund for the difference.
• Exchanged items are subject to the same return policy as new purchases.
How to Return:

2. Packaging: Place the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure box, along with the completed return form.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
International Returns:
• International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Please mark the package as “RETURN TO SENDER” to avoid additional customs charges.
